Within the industries and politics, there are a lot of Filipino treated as "leader". These people are the ones who leads and we respect them.
Ang meron sa isang
leader ay RESPONSIBILITY.
Responsibility is comprehensive but you will truly understand if you are responsible to yourself.
For us followers, what we want from a leader is for him/her to listen.
Walang iba kundi ang dahilan ng pagka leader niya ay TAYO.
Hindi natin kelangan ang kaalaman niya sa mga bagay-bagay pero ang mas kelangan natin ay iniaabot nya ang kanyang kamay sa atin bilang protekta kapalit ng supporta at ang kanyang pagpapakita ng magandang gawain. We call it "leading by example"
Sadly, its not what I see for now. Madalas nilang bukambibig ang manghusga, manginsulto at manghila pababa ng kapwa nila leader o tao. Not at all but there are leaders who are being arrogant, obsessive, and greedy.
Ano Kaya ang dahilan bakit may ganun?
Classic Pinoy crab mentality?
Insecure?
Mema lang or Porma lang?
Wala akong interest para malaman 'yan.
Pero ang gusto ko lang sabihin (ikaw na nagbabasa nito) ay Kahit anong layo ang narating mo..... kahit gaano katayog ang naabot mo....kahit anong success ang na achieved mo...
NEVER ever underestimate the people around you. Always be there for them. Dahil 'yun ang tunay na Leader. Be wise if something is not right. Willing to sacrifice.
A true leader ay inaangat ang sarili nila by "bringing others up" ang not by judgement.
Kung nararanasan mo ang panghuhusga ng ibang tao sa'yo, lagi mong tandaan "it's not about you but its about them because maybe you hurt their ego or pride and they hate it."
